I am an ICF accredited life coach, a Jai Parenting coach, and a STAR Leadership coach with a degree in industrial and general psychology. Beyond my qualifications, I’ve learned how to connect to people from all walks of life and all ages.

At heart, I am always looking for ways to develop and grow ideas and build systems that flourish. My studies and passion are centred around human consciousness and developing a culture that lends itself to individual expansion and authenticity, whether that is in your home, office, or school.

I have an amazing, supportive husband and two kids – they are my everything! Everything I ultimately do is because of them and for them.

My guiding principle that I anchor to in my work in mental health is being authentic and having a trust-based relationship with each client and creating a sanctuary where the client feels safe to really show up.
